• If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  
• If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once it arrives.
  
• Please note: Personalized items cannot be refunded once customization has been completed.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible—most orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed.

During peak times, such as the holiday season, processing may take slightly longer, but we still strive to get your order on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Missing or Lost Packages

If you haven’t received your order, the first step is to track it using the provided tracking number.

• If the tracking shows the order was delivered to the correct address, please double-check with the recipient, neighbors, or around your property, as the package may have been left at a side door or picked up by mistake.
  
• If the tracking shows the order has not been delivered, please contact us at info@primepick4u.com so we can investigate further.
